        I don’t think so because your nose is connected to your mouth so the pressure can’t build up. You can feel pressure in your face if your sinuses become blocked. It feels like your teeth will fall out and your head will explode (or that’s how it feels to me) but you will get better. 🙂

        It doesn’t build up pressure per say, but it certainly feels like it!
